RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Little Louie’s Home Accessories, we want to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase. If you are not happy, we will accept returns within 28 days of purchase if the item is faulty, damaged in transit, changed your mind or not as detailed on the website.
We can not accept returns if you attempt to repair the product or it falls outside the 28 days of purchase.
The purchaser is responsible for the return postage, items are required to be returned in its original packaging, unused and in the condition it was supplied. All returns require a returns reference number, please contact us with the details of the return and we will supply you with a reference number.
Refunds or store credit will be given within 7 days of receiving the item back in store and after we have inspected the item.
Returns require our returns label placed inside the packaging.
